Matt Moran Introduces a new look at Aria


Matt Moran's finest dining experience - Aria Restaurant, has recently undergone an exciting re-brand and some minor renovations, and has upped its game even further with exciting changes to the menu and the 400+ wine list.

Since relaunching its updated dining space & new look menu Head Chef Ben Russell and team are currently showcasing their delicious Autumn/Winter dining menu.  A feature dish on the dinner menu is their wagyu bresaola with parmesan and fried bread. Also proving to be popular is their new roast duck with red cabbage, rhubarb and pecan which is available for lunch and dinner.  The new menu will be available through winter, to view visit here.
